I ordered a few stamp sets from Joys When I saw this cut on the Birthday bash cart...I just had to make a card using the sentiment...Wishing you a Banner year. I love my puns...I can't help it...they always crack me up. I'm sure my fellow scrapping pals would say...Lee-Ann can't make a card without a pun...this isn't necessarily's just not as fun.(ok...I was going to type the word pun in there...i'm hopeless! )

Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge #37

I decided to join the Cricut circle weekly challenge...this week. The site has had designers that have showcased different techniques. I chose to try Suzanne's technique of Cuttlebug embossing vellum. I cut an extra flower layer out of vellum and used embossing plates to gives the flowers another layer and texture. Since I had the Cuttlebug already out I embossed the background paper too. I know Mother's day is a long way off, but as I was working on the card...and it just screamed Mom's Day.
