Winter is coming....well...Winter is here, but I couldn't help myself with the Game of Thrones reference-lol!!! It's time for a winter birthday card using CutCardStock.com's Stardream Metallic card stock...perfect for it's glittery sheen-LOVE! Sturdy enough for a card base and cuts like butter with a die. What's not to like? It also embosses like nobodies business! I chose silver and sapphire for the wintery look it lends to my card...so pretty! Lucky for you-Stardream Metallic Card stock is on sale this month at CutCardStock.com! Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

TUTORIAL:
-I then got ready to heat emboss my birthday sentiment-I treated my strip with EK Success powder tool-stamped my sentiment on the paper with my Misti stamping tool, applied my Ranger detail white embossing powder and melted it with my Marvy Heat tool
-I assembled my card by centering my silver rectangle on my card base and popping it up with foam tape for dimension, added my snowflake in the center with atg tape just horizontal through the center...then added a silver strip of card stock(3/4" wide) over top to hide my adhesive...added my sentiment strip(9/16" wide) over that after angle cutting the ends with my scissors...I then sprinkled some sequins and added Nuvo Glitter drops for some embellishment
