You're Soda-lightful

I've been itching to use this sentiment from Joy'slife.com...too cute. This card was made for a teenage boy...They're so hard to do!! I used diamond glaze in the bottle cap...the ink bled...oh well...It's driving me nuts...but I'm going to leave it...kinda distressed looking. Anyone have a tip on what product to use to avoid bleeding...let me know. Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

    maybe try to heat set the stamped image before adding the diamond glaze?? I use glossy accents for mine and never had this issues..maybe give that a try :)

    What a fun card. Love how you wrapped the twine around the embossed die-cut. The sentiment is great too.

    As for the diamond glaze, my only suggestions are to use staz-on ink or emboss the stamped image before using diamond glaze.

    Love your card and perfect for a teenager!

    I love doing bottle caps and use Ranger archival inks. If I add colour I give it a quick blast with my heat gun to set the colour and then have no problems with glossy accents or diamond glaze.

    What an awesome card, Lee-Ann!! The image is so fun and the sentiment is perfect!! The paper is fabulous!!

    I was going to suggest Staz-On, too for the diamond glaze. I have some but haven't used it...I always go to my stand-by Glossy Accents. Have a great day :)
