Christmas Ornament




Every year I make a Christmas ornament for everyone attending Christmas dinner. This is the one I came up with for this year...love it...and easy! I saw a similar looking ornament at Pier one last year...and I decided to come up with my version. This glass ornament was glittered on the inside using Pledge floor wax and Martha Stewart glitter. I cut out the buckles using my Cameo...added the ribbon and voila!


Recipe:

  1. Martha Stewart-garnet glitter
  2. Pledge Floor wax
  3. Michael's glass ornaments
  4. Celebrate it-black satin ribbon 5/8" and HO HO HO ribbon
  5. Recollections Silver glitter paper
  6. Slider Squares #16984 Alaa Studios 1.345"(buckle)

    It's darling!! Floor wax?? I wouldn't have thought. You make it sound fairly easy but I can't imagine that multiple ornaments with wax and glitter was quick - you are wonderful to create these for friends and family!
