Have an ICE Birthday!!!

Hi everyone...today I have a winter Birthday card...I LOVE the colours of this Doodlebug pad...had to go PINK!!! I used a snowman from the SVG Cutting Files Holiday Anti Bacterial Soap holders set...he's too cute!! Amped up the design with Jaded Blossoms-Card Mat dies, Winter dies, Mini tag dies, Ticket Book dies and the Penguin Dress up stamp set. Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)
