Road to Hana

Outrigger Reef Hotel in Honolulu

This is a LO of the hotel that we stayed at while we were in Honolulu. Smack dab on Waikiki beach...great views!! Only 2 more LO's and then this album is done...thank goodness. I'm so behind. Sunsets in Maui

Maui Ocean Center

Another Lo from Hawaii bites the dust. While in Maui...we went to the Ocean center...there we saw the only sharks to be seen in Hawaii...at least when we were there..Love how this one looks...the paper is so bright and sunny. Thanks for dropping by my happy place...Lee-Ann :)

Haleakala Crater

This was the morning we drove to check out Haleakala Crater while we were in Maui. My son...progressively felt worse...the higher we drove. He doesn't get car sick...ever. We figured it was altitude sickness. I swear...as soon as we started to descend...about 20 minutes down...he was asking where we were stopping for lunch...too weird. It's hard to see...but there's a pic of my daughter and hubby racing up the stairs...the little yellow sign says...walk slowly at this elevation...neither of them follows directions!

Boat Cruise

While in Honolulu, we took a boat cruise and went Snorkeling from the boat. This is a quick LO on the cruise part. I loved the cruise part...not so much the snorkeling. Luau

Hawaiian Canoe Experience

While in Maui, we had the opportunity to go on a Hawaiian Canoe ride at sunrise. I couldn't bring my good camera...as they said that you could get wet. These pics were taken with my H2O camera...not as good...but ok. It was fun...lot's of sea turtles, beautiful sunrise...and we saw Clint Eastwood's house...about 3 down from our hotel. Snorkeling in Hawaii

While on our family trip in Hawaii...we went on a snorkeling cruise. It was fun...although...I'm not much of a snorkeler...and I'm seriously afraid of sharks...Jaws...I know it's silly...but I swear that the whole time I was in there...that theme music was playing in my head...da dum...da dum...maybe it was my heart...I kept stopping and looking over my shoulder. Pearl Harbor-Hawaii

When we were in Honalulu this past summer...we visited Pearl Harbor. It was neat...I enjoyed it. We were there a tad too long. This is a LO of Waikiki beach. Love how it turned out. My girlfriend Donna suggested the strip of surfboards...she was so right!! Surfing Waikiki
