You are Berry Special to me

I know...you're probably getting sick of fruit cards...but here's another one. I decided to give this little strawberry a face. I think he turned out cute. I had to use my Gypsy to remove a few of the spots...so I had room to stamp the little face. Again....a lot of scraps were harmed in the making of this card. I swear...those scraps breed in my drawers. I actually throw out scraps that are too small now...otherwise my scrap space would be overtaken by loose paper pieces. Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

    Page from Donna's baby book

When one of our pals have a baby...we all get together to make a baby album. I chose February. I already had this paper that I was dying to use...it's too cute. I also decided right away that I had to use these adorable cuts from the Simply Charmed cart. The title "love bug" was also from this cart. What made this layout even more stressful was that it was for my pal Donna...who owns my fav scrapbooking store...who is also an amazing scrapbooker and card maker. Now I know she loves everything people make for her and the thought that went into it...but she's not exactly one of those non-crafters that are impressed by anything. Anyways...I love how it turned out...and I can't wait to see it with a pic of her adorable baby boy. Thanks for dropping by...

    Altered bag

You know when you're looking for a gift bag...you have something in mind...but are unable to find it?
Make your own. I always give my little nephew a gift on all the holiday get together meals. It gives the little guy something to do at these dinners. I always try to theme the gift and the wrapping. This year I couldn't find a cute turkey bag to save my life. I decided to make my own out of an American Eagle bag. I think it turned out great.

This is my next entry for The Pink Stamper National Scrapbooking Day Challenge. The rules for this one is something for Breast Cancer Awareness. I went with pink and added a pink ribbon. I try not to put actual breast cancer symbols on my cards as I think if I were going through it, I wouldn't want those images staring me in the face until after I'd beaten it.
