Zach's Europe Scrapbook

My daughter and her boyfriend went on a school trip to Europe this last summer. I have been making my daughter an album...I have posted a few of her pages. I got this brainstorm to surprise Zach with an album of his own to commemorate his trip. It's kinda for his mom also...you know how boys are...their pics are few and far between. Luckily, my daughter takes after me, and I had plenty of pics to make Zach an album. Over the next little while I'll post his pages. Here is the first page...I decided to use a pic of Venice as the title page. My girl took some beautiful pics in Venice...Please excuse my indoor pics of layouts...not very bright...but you get the idea.

My daughter's school pic layout

This layout is for my daughter's 8x8" schoolbook. I add a page or two every year. Usually her school pic and when she was in elementary school...her class pic. I also add in anything special like grade 6 and grade 8 grad. I guess this book will be finnished this year...sniff...sob! I'll add in her grad and prom and it'll be complete. JK to Grade 12. It's kinda neat flipping through the pages and seeing her grow up all over again.

Recipe:
  • Bo Bunny Midnight Frost line(Donna talked me into winter paper for a school page)
  • white Bazzill
  • Stampin' Up ribbon
  • Bella bling-blue, clear and blue donuts(to cover any obvious snowflakes)
  • CTMH-Pansy ink
  • Stampin' Up slot punch
  • Reflections layout book from CTMH for inspiration

Santa layout

Every year I insist that my kid's get their pic taken with Santa. This year was no exception...I know they're teenagers. I tell them it's all I want for Christmas. When they were tweens, it was understood that the mission would be aborted if anyone they knew were in the mall...Lucky 4 me that it never happened. I have an 8x8" scrapbook that I made to keep these pages in. I just love it!! Pic isn't the greatest...but you get the idea.

  • Imaginisce-cottage christmas paper line

  • Stampin' Up ribbon
  • CTMH- White Daisy ink and date stamp
  • Making Memories white metal clip & green little button brads
