Happy 18th Birthday

I made this one for my son's 18th birthday. Boy cards are hard...I just kept it simple with a shape card from the cart Birthday Bash...and I used a pretty gender neutral paper line. I think it turned out ok. The nice thing about the Birthday bash cart is that if you cut a card at 5.5", the main image will fit on the card front if you cut it the same size. Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

Recipe:

  1. Birthday Bash cart-#'s cut @ .75", shape card  and all layers pg 25 cut @ 5.5", Cake, Cake-s, Layer1, Layer 1-s, Layer2, Layer 2-s, Scallop tag cut @ 1.5" pg 67, round tag cut @ 2" pg 70
  2. CTMH-chocolate ink
  3. American Crafts brown jute
  4. Making Memories brown eyelet**
  5. MME-beige and light teal Twine**
  6. EK Success 2" circle punch**
  7. My Pink Stamper Sweet Goodness stamp set
  8. Echo Park This and That-Graceful line**
**the starred products all came from DAT'S, my fav LSS**

Happy birthday to your son.. i am going to have to make out of my boys a card in February, it takes me so long to come up with something. This is an awesome guy card, they are so hard to make, but you definitely did a super job on it. Thanks for the inspiration.
